THE SOCIETY OF LLOYD’S, Plaintiff, vs. WALLACE R. BENNETT, et al., Defendants

Case No. 2:02-CV-204 TCUnited States District Court, D. Utah.
May 25, 2004

ORDER
TENA CAMPBELL, District Judge

On May 13, 2004, the court held a hearing on various motions, including Plaintiff Society of Lloyd’s’ (“Lloyd’s”) Motion for Contempt against Defendant Wallace Bennett. Mr. Bennett and his legal counsel were present at the hearing, as were counsel for Lloyd’s.

During the hearing, in connection with the ongoing dispute giving rise to Lloyd’s’ Motion for Contempt, the court ordered Mr. Bennett to provide to Plaintiff’s counsel a list of five possible days on which Mr. Bennett would be available for a deposition. The court ordered Mr. Bennett to supply that list in writing to Plaintiff’s counsel no later than May 20, 2004.

The court has been informed that, as of May 24, 2004, Mr. Bennett has failed to contact Plaintiff’s counsel orally or in writing to provide the possible deposition dates.

ORDER
