THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Extend Pretrial Order Date and to Quash Defendant’s Pretrial Order, filed July 9, 2002. On July 11, 2002, Defendant filed the Pretrial Order without input from Plaintiff. In its response to Plaintiff’s motion, Defendant requests the Court permit Plaintiff two weeks from the date of its response to provide it with her comments to the Pretrial Order so an Amended Pretrial Order may be filed with the Court. Defendant concedes the Scheduling Order directed it to provide the initial draft of the Pretrial Order to Plaintiff on or before June 24, 2002, which it failed to do. Accordingly, Plaintiff has two weeks from receipt of the Court’s Order to provide Defendant with her comments to the Pretrial Order.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
