Having reviewed the memoranda submitted by the parties in this Social Security appeal, the Court has determined that oral argument is not necessary in this case. See DUCivR 7-1(f).

In addition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within fifteen days of the dateof this order the parties shall file a joint statement as to the following items:

1. A detailed summary of the medical evidence contained in the administrative record, with citations thereto.

2. A concise statement of the issues on appeal.

3. A summary of the law applicable to each of the issues on appeal, including pinpoint citations of authorities.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall also submit with their joint statement a copy of that statement on an IBM/DOS compatible 3/5″ high density computer diskette, preferably formatted for WordPerfect 8.
